Key Responsibilities: Learn and Assist: Work alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential settings. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, actively listening to their needs and offering appropriate solutions. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for additional services or products that can benefit customers. Problem Solving: Apply creative thinking to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
