WNK Aviation, a boutique firm providing solutions for complex global problems, are seeking a Solutions Engineer Intern to join our dynamic team. We provide a unique blend of expertise in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) data collection, drone operations, counter-drone services, and other professional services for wide array of clients.

As a Solutions Engineer Intern (remote), you'll be a crucial part of our commercial and government business, serving diverse clients across the globe. Your primary task will be to understand and articulate customer needs. Your role will bridge the gap between product and sales teams, creating customer-specific demonstration plans that highlight technology & servicesin practical scenarios. Reporting directly to Founder & CEO Waylon Carlson, your collaboration will be instrumental in delivering cutting-edge solutions.Responsibilities:• Develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements, identifying key performance indicators, and coordinating customized product demonstrations.• Manage aspects of system demonstrations, from equipment setup and operation to troubleshooting, ensuring a persuasive presentation of our technology's value tocustomers and partners.• Spearhead customer implementation processes, ensuring successful deployment.• Aid in the preparation of solicitation responses, and other technical documentation.• Serve as the customer's representative within our team, influencing product development and engineering strategies based on field experiences and feedback.• Support various go-to-market strategies and business activities as required.Qualifications:• A positive mental attitude.• A desire to learn about professional drone applications, radio systems, software, security, prototyping, and electronics.• Excellent communication and presentation skills, adaptable to varying audience levels.• Willingness to travel occasionally, as you may engage closely with clients and stakeholders.• A solid understanding of the regulatory landscape for small, unmanned aircraft is a plus.• Possession of a Part 107 Certificate is a plus.
