This role provides hands-on experience in software development, system optimization, and technical problem-solving.

Learning, Applications, and Responsibilities:Software Development:Design, develop, and maintain software applications to support business operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and deliverables.System Optimization:Optimize software systems for performance, scalability, and security.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.Innovation and Research:Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in computer science.Implement best practices to enhance software development processes.Collaboration:Work closely with IT teams to integrate software solutions with existing systems.Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative technical solutions.Requirements:Applicants must be available to attend meetings on Mondays at 9:00 AM, Wednesdays at 10:00 AM, and Fridays at 8:00 AM Mountain Standard Time.If in the SkillBridge program, applicants must be available to attend meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 AM Mountain Standard Time.Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++).Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Benefits:Exposure to cutting-edge software development technologies and practices.Hands-on experience in designing and optimizing software solutions.Mentorship from experienced IT professionals.Networking opportunities within the transportation advertising industry.Apprenticeship ranges from a 90-day minimum to 180 days.
