The real estate industry is truly massive. According to Zillow, California’s housing market remains the most valuable in the country at $9.24 trillion. With any trillion USD industry, there are many sub-categories within the marketplace. The main facets of Lux Team are residential real estate, multi-family residential dwellings, and short-term vacation rentals & management. A full time newly licensed real estate agent would take 6 months of training to be prepared solely in the residential real estate market. Any Lux Team intern would be working side by side with senior real estate agents and brokers from 9:00 am to approximately 8:00 pm, 5 days a week for a 6-month period. However, real life work hours do not exist, a professional real estate agent is always on the job 24/7.
