At the conclusion of week 26, interns will either receive an offer of employment or be given a certification of completion from internship. Approval of real estate license is dependent on the approval of the California DRE licensing requirements. The licensing requirements can be fulfilled in conjunction with the internship.

The main facets of Lux Team are residential real estate, multi-family residential dwellings, and short-term vacation rentals & management. A full time newly licensed real estate agent would take 6 months of training to be prepared solely in the residential real estate market. Any Lux Team intern would be working side by side with senior real estate agents and brokers from 9:00 am to approximately 8:00 pm, 5 days a week for a 6-month period. However, real life work hours do not exist, a professional real estate agent is always on the job 24/7.
