As a small business that is growing rapidly, we offer the chance not only to learn from the things we have already done, but an opportunity to explore different facets of business according to the likes and passions of the Service member. Our full-time team is comprised of individuals in jobs that they enjoy doing, and that is something we would like to extend to transitioning service members, too. Our program is designed to give participants exposure to every facet of small business operations, and then, depending on the specific field(s) within the business they are interested in, a more in-depth role in that field with a certain level of autonomy in order for the service member to fully utilize their own talents, skills, and passions in a way they see fit.

Small business administration, marketing, sales, manufacturing, customer service, accounting, and logistics.
Our company consists of military veterans and future Service members (NROTC and USMC PLC). We have a good understanding of the many trials and tribulations and uncertainty that comes with transitioning off of active duty. As such, we want to participate in this program to give transitioning Service members a 'blank slate' of sorts. We want to give transitioning Service members a taste of each of the different facets of a business in hopes that they can feel out what they like and henceforth what they want to do when they move on from our program. While we are flexible in some ways, we have high standards of quality in everything that we do as a business, and thus will ultimately train the Service member in the business 'department' of their choosing to a degree that gives them adequate industry experience and understanding to either continue working with us, or, to move on to another job at another company with that same skillset.
