As an apprentice within our program, you will take your front-loaded certifications and apply them to real-life work experience by servicing various computer-related hardware in-home or at commercial locations. This will include replacing hard-drives, rebuilding printers, keyboard replacement, etc. You will gain certifications in Dell, HP, Lenovo as well as A+ Certification in a 5 week on-line training and then will gain hands-on experience for the remainder of your transition in the field in HW repair and replacement.

Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, the Computer Support Specialist will perform a variety of hardware-focused, break/fix services and solutions on various client products. Apprentices must possess the ability to perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities. Position may require the exercise of moderately complex analytical skills and to make decisions based on established department and company guidelines.
