Job description:
The Talent Acquisition Intern will train under Cydecor's Recruiting and HR teams to learn the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This includes sourcing candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, ClearanceJobs, and Indeed; screening applicants; coordinating with Program Managers; and managing the hiring process in the Taleo Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The intern will also gain experience drafting offer letters and supporting onboarding processes. By the end of the program, the intern will be prepared to function as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist
