This internship program will give you the skills and mindset to become a data & analytics consultant or engagement manager. You will work on multiple client engagements across multiple industries, communicating with executive stakeholders to gather key requirements and create novel solutions. You will work closely with our internal technical teams to translate these business requirements into action, acting as a liason between business and technology. You will work to develop analytics dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, and gain exposure to solution architecture work to design cloud-based data & analytics platforms. We are looking for ambitious candidates with a unique blend of technical and interpersonal skills for this role.

Position Overview:We are seeking an ambitious data & analytics consultant to join our rapidly-growing team. In this role, you will work as part of our consulting and development teams, spearheading the delivery of custom decision intelligence solutions for our clients, transforming data into better business outcomes. You will be accountable for managing the successful delivery of our technology solutions and effectively communicating with client and internal teams. • Bachelor’s degree (technical degrees preferred)• 2+ years' experience in data, analytics, BI, or AI project management or consulting roles• Experience at a major consulting firm (Big 4, MBB, Accenture, Kearney, etc.) is a plus• 2+ years' experience with Microsoft Power BI and/or Tableau• Willing to relocate to Raleigh, NC in the event you are offered full-time employment at the conclusion of this program
