The Administrative Assistant provides critical administrative and office automation support across all offices within the Engineering/Planning (E/P) Division. This role involves a wide range of clerical, technical, and coordination tasks, including timekeeping, labor reporting, document preparation, and office management. The incumbent is expected to use sound judgment and advanced knowledge of office software and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and support key program functions.
