Job description:
Assist with answering agency crisis line, assessing the danger/safety of client, providing caller with emotional support, linking caller to appropriate resources and documenting case notes and services as appropriate. Assist with scheduling Outreach appointments, and intakes as necessary. Coordinate transportation for clients as needed and participate in all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Interns must be willing to work Monday - Friday between 8:30-4pm.
