We are the exclusive U.S. retrofit installer for Lazer Safe press brake safety systems, serving 300+ customers nationwide. Fellows will train as Field Technicians, learning to install camera-based safety systems on hydraulic press brakes, build electrical interfaces and wiring harnesses, install machine guarding solutions, and conduct OSHA/ANSI compliance testing. Training blends electronics workshop builds (Weeks 1-2) with progressive field installations alongside senior technicians (Weeks 3-12). The work combines electrical skills with mechanical fabrication in a high-demand, low-competition niche. 75%+ hire rate expected — demand currently exceeds our installation capacity.
