A CNC Operator sets up and operates metal and wood-cutting machinery to build tools and parts of various machinery, art, and display projects. Their duties include studying blueprints and creating the design, cutting metal, wood and other materials and manipulating it to build the project, and performing regular maintenance on the CNC machinery. Read and understand blueprint designs as well as working with CNC programming.
