Work directly with our IT Systems Administrator to provide hands-on desktop support and/or remote support; assist with basic network troubleshooting and configuration. Work on special projects that include researching, pricing, and implementation. Assist with testing and implementing collaborative features on our Microsoft Platforms.
Job description:
We seek an intern interested in applying their IT knowledge to an office environment. Connecting Point is home to a growing team of 50+ employees who work from our Grass Valley, CA office, remotely, or in a hybrid working arrangement. We design our internships based on your skills, experience and interests, providing hands-on experience in networking and employee support. Take on special projects to help us adopt new technologies and implement scalable architecture to support our growth.
