Interns selected for the Senior Leader Track will work directly with top-performing agents, including retired Chief Master Sergeant SEL with 30 years of active duty service.This is the first and only SkillBridge-approved program in the nation specifically designed to license, train, and launch senior military leaders as real estate entrepreneurs who can immediately build and lead teams upon separation/retirement. Participants will be trained on the proprietary systems that made Cielo Vista Realty Group a statewide powerhouse, with an opportunity to be considered for direct hire upon successful completion.

Job description:

The Senior Leader Track is a leadership-focused real estate internship designed for high-performing senior military personnel, both enlisted and officer, preparing to transition into entrepreneurship and team leadership. Interns will: receive dedicated licensing and exam prep support, develop a full business plan tailored to their post-military city, learn Cielo Vista’s internal lead generation and client conversion systems, shadow the CEO and Director of Operations for strategic growth insight, and build and lead a real estate team in their retirement/separation city with new SkillBridge interns assigned to replicate the program’s success statewide. Interns will also participate in operational planning, marketing, recruitment, and brand-building. 🚡 Note: This program is suitable for senior leaders separating to any city in Texas. Remote training components and follow-on support will be available.

This is a unique leadership internship designed to prepare senior military personnel for business ownership and team leadership within the real estate industry. It offers a direct pathway into entrepreneurship and provides tools, mentorship, and real-world experience from a veteran-led team that has ranked #1 in Texas for JPAR Real Estate performance.

Must be eligible for SkillBridge program through DoD. Must possess strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Must be willing to obtain a Texas real estate license.
