Develop skills in consulting with buyers and sellers to identify their goals, needs, and preferences in a home. Assist in showing properties, preparing listings, and understanding the full client experience. Participate in open houses and community events to promote agency listings and grow your professional network. Support Hero Events and other community outreach initiatives to build brand awareness and serve local heroes.
