The SkillBridge Locator maps Department of War (DoW) SkillBridge internships and employer-managed listings across the United States, so transitioning servicemembers can find programs near their current base, near where they're PCSing, or fully remote.
As of August 25, 2026, CareerPCS's published base guides cover 4,063 distinct SkillBridge programs from 2,364 organizations within 50 miles of 237 installations across 50 states. The directory also includes 2,074 remote and nationwide programs.
CareerPCS combines employer-managed opportunities with listings sourced from the official DoW SkillBridge directory. DoW-sourced listings are limited to postings DoW marked active at our latest check — refreshed nightly, last checked August 25, 2026. The verified badge marks a listing an employer actively manages here; unbadged listings may be employer-posted or sourced from the DoW directory. Start and track applications through CareerPCS. Search by keyword or location, and filter by industry, program length, delivery method, and listing source.
Some listings show a typical pay range. We match the listing to an occupation, then show what workers in that occupation earn in that state — from U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics data (OEWS, May 2025). It's the going rate for that line of work, not this employer's offer or a prediction of your pay. How salary benchmarks work.

Our intended goal is to assist separating service members in training to become a Tennessee State Licensed Appraiser Trainee, which entails training from a Certified Residential Appraiser to learn appraisal software, principles and procedures, Fannie Mae guidelines for appraisers, the local real estate market, report writing, residential property observation and documentation process and measuring and sketching residential properties and using these skills to determine the opinion of value of properties for lenders or individual property owners. We value our armed service members and appreciate the skills and work ethic that we have come to expect from our veterans. After the completion of this training you will have learned all the necessary knowledge to pass state mandated courses and testing and an opportunity to join our team, full or part time as an officially state licensed trainee with the objective to become a State Licensed or Certified Residential Appraiser in the state of Tennessee.
