Job description:

The DoD SkillBridge Human Resources / Talent Acquisition Specialist will support MCA’s Talent Acquisition and HR teams by assisting with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding activities while developing foundational HR skills. This role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant tracking systems, supporting compliance and documentation requirements, assisting with onboarding and employee integration, and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a positive candidate and employee experience. The position is designed for a transitioning service member interested in launching a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition and provides hands-on exposure to recruiting tools, processes, and best practices in a fast-growing organization, with potential consideration for full-time employment following the SkillBridge program based on performance and business needs.
