Under the supervision of licensed real estate professionals, participants will gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day activities involved in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Responsibilities include assisting with property research, observing and participating in property showings, supporting client communications, and learning the processes associated with buying and selling real estate.Participants will receive training in contract preparation, transaction coordination, market analysis, negotiation strategies, and industry compliance requirements. They will develop an understanding of how to guide clients through each stage of a real estate transaction while ensuring adherence to legal, ethical, and financial standards.Additional responsibilities may include supporting marketing initiatives, maintaining transaction records, conducting market research, and learning business development techniques used to build and sustain a successful real estate practice. This training experience is designed to develop the knowledge, skills, and professional competencies necessary for a successful transition into the real estate industry.
