Regional Maintenance Technician Role Overview: Objective: Ensure operational integrity and safety of Family Entertainment Center attractions and facilities. - Mastery in mechanical and electrical systems maintenance, validated by completion of a 960-hour specialized training program. - Proficient in safety protocols, emergency responses, and PPE compliance. - Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues. - Capable of maintaining and managing facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical networks. - Skilled in customer interaction, conflict resolution, and professional communication.- Continual engagement in professional development to adopt emerging technologies and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities: - Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on entertainment equipment such as bowling alleys, laser tag systems, VR technologies, and carnival rides. - Implement and oversee safety standards and risk management practices. - Utilize diagnostic tools and strategies for advanced troubleshooting. - Manage and execute facility-wide maintenance tasks ensuring all systems operate efficiently. - Facilitate positive guest experiences through effective problem-solving and service. Performance Evaluation: Graded on technical skill application, problem-solving efficiency, compliance with safety procedures, quality of practical maintenance work, professionalism, teamwork, and project management capabilities.
