We use the time prior to their finite internship dates to complete our required HR processes that also include a 3 to 5 month (on average) full CBP Background Investigation (BI) that MUST be completed prior to internship start dates.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Plans, conducts, and assists with recruitment team efforts for Los Angeles Field Office (LAFO). Monitoring and providing responses to email correspondence related to recruitment program. Monitoring incoming phone calls to LAFO recruitment program. Responsible for recruitment program supplies and inventory. Supports recruitment team with set up/break down at offsite events.KSAs:Basic understanding or ability to interpret CBP Recruitment program directives/SOPs. Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work with both CBP and external stakeholders.
