The Salesforce Military Fellowship Program (SMB AE Track) is a 12-week train-to-hire opportunity designed for transitioning service members within 180 days of separation and military spouses. Fellows embed directly within a Salesforce Small & Medium Business (SMB) sales team to gain hands-on, on-the-job experience in tech sales. The program provides structured mentorship, dedicated host manager coaching, and specialized Trailhead learning tracks to earn Salesforce Sales Foundations credentials. No prior sales or tech industry experience is required. Upon successful completion, fellows are evaluated for direct conversion into full-time Account Executive (AE) roles.
