Fellows embed directly within a Salesforce Small & Medium Business (SMB) sales team to gain hands-on, on-the-job experience in tech sales. The program provides structured mentorship, dedicated host manager coaching, and specialized Trailhead learning tracks to earn Salesforce Sales Foundations credentials. No prior sales or tech industry experience is required. Upon successful completion, fellows are evaluated for direct conversion into full-time Account Executive (AE) roles.
