Participants receive structured training in web development, programming fundamentals, software tools, project-based learning, and career readiness. The program is designed for service members with or without prior IT experience and focuses on helping them build practical skills, confidence, and a professional portfolio they can use when transitioning into the civilian workforce.

Participants will learn and practice skills such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, databases, GitHub, software tools, troubleshooting, project development, and professional communication. The program emphasizes hands-on projects, portfolio development, interview preparation, and career readiness for civilian technology positions.
