Integration Technician: Join Blue Origin's Production Team as an Integration Technician to provide tactical and technical support for aerospace manufacturing by performing design, test, modification, fabrication, and assembly of electro/mechanical systems and specialized equipment for New Glenn launch vehicle components. As a SkillBridge intern, you may configure production work areas, operate material handling equipment and precision calibrated tools, identify continuous improvement projects, drive development-to-production transitions, perform troubleshooting and maintenance, prepare and test payload systems through material application, painting, sealing, composite layup, repairs, and vehicle assembly using advanced Friction Stir welding and assembly methods.Desired Qualifications: Aerospace manufacturing, integration, or related field experience; Experience with precision calibration tools including, torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, laser tracker, optical measuring instruments; Expertise in adhesives, sealants, and thermal blankets applications; Experience with structural assembly, mechanical assembly, electrical system and harness routing; Knowledge of precision assembly processes and handling large aerospace components; Experience working on aerospace launch vehicles, tank assemblies, or capsules; ATF Certification for explosives handling/installation
