This role is located the in Arlington/Ballston/NCR. Participant will develop and implement communication strategies to support VM’s goals and objectives

The Communications and Coordination Officer will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's internal and external communications. This position requires a professional with exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task, and strong verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a good team member, capable of fostering strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote a unified approach to achieving organizational objectives.

Secret Clearance required, TS/SCI preferred. Proven experience in strategic planning and execution. Strong background in coordinating cross-cutting initiatives. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions. Experience in risk management and contingency planning. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
